1. Terms and Conditions

Project Commencement & Payment

  • Upfront Projects: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the "High-Velocity Build". The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon project sign-off and before the "Lead Launch".

  • Pay Monthly Plans: By selecting a monthly plan, you agree to a fixed 12-month term. Payments are automated via a predictable monthly plan to assist with business cash flow.

Ownership & Licensing

  • Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the website design and content is transferred to the client.

  • Atomic Web Design retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials as a "Proof of Work" case study.

Support & Revisions

  • Basic Plan: Includes 1 round of revisions and 7 days of post-launch technical support.

  • Advanced Plan: Includes 3 rounds of revisions and 14 days of post-launch technical support.

  • Premium Plan: Includes unlimited revisions and 30 days of post-launch technical support.

  • We collect information provided through our "Discovery Call" booking forms, including name, trade, and contact details, to audit your current digital presence.

  • We use this data solely to engineer your sales engine and provide the services requested.

Third-Party Services

  • We utilize Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to analyze site performance and user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings.

  • This data helps us optimize the "psychological design" of our sites to ensure they deliver a consistent flow of leads.
